This self-adhesive tape is used for insulation-board joints and reflective-film overlaps in underfloor heating installations. Select the tape for the specified surface and joint detail rather than treating it as a replacement for the insulation or waterproofing system.

Before Ordering
Choose between pure aluminum and aluminized tape, then confirm roll width, length and thickness. Check compatibility with the panel facing or film, the surface condition and the required installation sequence.
Estimate roll quantities from the joint and overlap lengths in the floor layout. Discuss custom widths or thicknesses when the standard options do not match the project detail.
Trade Orders and Joint-Tape Matching
Keep pure aluminum tape and aluminized tape as separate purchase lines: the listed rolls differ in material, width, length and thickness. Ask whether the quoted thickness includes the adhesive and confirm the supplied construction before comparing quotations.
For aluminized PET reflective-film overlaps, identify the actual film surface, joint detail and installation conditions. Request a sample to check adhesion on that surface; a silver appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.
