PVC-faced door and partition panels
Confirm PVC/UPVC skin material and finished thickness for the frame.
CHINA-BASED B2B SUPPLIER
XPS core sandwich panels combine an extruded polystyrene foam core with selected facings. Compare PVC, FRP, aluminium sheet and foil-faced constructions. Banarta supplies panels from China for project and bulk orders; confirm both faces, finished thickness and dimensions for your quotation.
COMPARE YOUR STARTING POINT
Confirm PVC/UPVC skin material and finished thickness for the frame.
Specify both skins, finish, service conditions and required documents.
Define metal sheet thickness and finish; keep sheet skins separate from foil facings.
A quotation needs the material and thickness of each face, XPS core specification and finished dimensions. Core compression values do not establish a finished-panel load rating.
SPECIFICATION TO PRODUCTION
Request face/edge protection, pieces per pack, stacking and handling arrangement, pallet dimensions and gross weight for the selected cut-size schedule.
Share the information you have; mark undecided details for review. Sample terms, minimum quantities, pricing and lead time are confirmed for the selected configuration in the offer.

SELECTION GUIDE
XPS core sandwich panels combine an extruded polystyrene foam core with selected facings. Compare PVC, FRP, aluminium sheet and foil-faced constructions. Banarta supplies panels from China for project and bulk orders; confirm both faces, finished thickness and dimensions for your quotation.
For a finished panel, specify face A, the XPS core, face B and the overall thickness, including bonding layers. If you laminate your own panels, start with XPS foam core boards for OEM supply and state the required surface preparation and machining. A bare-core quotation excludes the facings and bonding unless they are explicitly included.
| Drawing calls for | Product route / Keep explicit in the order |
|---|---|
| A PVC-faced wall or door panel | PVC-faced XPS panel Keep explicit in the order: PVC/UPVC material and thickness on each side, colour, finish and finished thickness for frame fit; define edges, corners and openings. PVC names the facing here: the core is XPS, not PVC foam. |
| A fiberglass-reinforced polymer face | FRP-faced XPS panel Keep explicit in the order: Face thickness, finish, overall panel thickness, service exposure and required documents; the material name alone is not a hygiene or chemical-resistance approval. |
| An aluminium sheet skin | Aluminium-skin composite panel Keep explicit in the order: Metal thickness and finish on both faces, bonding, edges and fixing details; do not substitute foil. |
| A thin aluminium foil facing | Foil-faced XPS insulation panel Keep explicit in the order: Foil construction and the intended assembly; it is a different product from a sheet-skin panel. |
A hypothetical 1200 × 2400 mm piece has an area of 2.88 m²; 20 pieces represent 57.6 m². A price per piece and a price per m² must first be converted to the same unit and identical construction. Openings, trims, machining, protective film and packing may be separate cost lines.
Panel weight includes both facings, the core and bonding layers. Use the layer-by-layer weight calculation for handling estimates and the cutting layout guide for yield. These examples do not establish offered sheet sizes, freight weights or structural capacity.
Compare our multi-facing XPS sandwich panels or review the PVC/UPVC-faced option. For project supply, share drawings, thickness, dimensions, surface requirements and quantity through our contact page.
Planning the installation? Review our XPS sandwich panel joints, fixing and sealing guide when coordinating panel layouts and connection details.
Specify the exposed surface, both facings, core grade, finished thickness and joint detail together. Review the core and facing specification guide; panels with different skins or core grades are not automatically interchangeable.
Do not assume structural capacity from the core material or product name. The complete panel, supports, connections and design loads need project-specific review and supporting evidence. Confirm the proposed assembly with the responsible designer before ordering.
The core alone does not establish a watertight assembly. Joints, cut edges, fixings and penetrations need a coordinated sealing detail. Use the joint guide above to prepare these questions, and confirm compatible components for the selected panel.
Work with our Nanjing-based team to define both panel faces, the core and the finished dimensions. For custom orders, send drawings, cut-outs, edge details and quantities by panel type. We coordinate the proposed construction with manufacturing partners; sample and packing enquiries can be included in the same request.
For a bulk or custom quotation, send your specification, quantity and destination. Ask us to confirm the minimum order, production schedule and shipping terms for your selected items. Discuss your sourcing requirements with Banarta.
Provide drawings, overall dimensions, core and facing thicknesses, face materials on each side, edge treatment, cut-outs, finish, quantity and destination. State the required performance documents and sample acceptance checks so offers cover the same construction.
Use the custom sandwich panel drawing and quotation checklist to label faces A and B, identify measurement datums and mirror-image parts, and reconcile the drawing revision with the sample and quotation before approval.
Download the bulk enquiry worksheet (Excel .xlsx) to list panel sizes, both facings, quantities and drawing revisions. Email the completed file with the referenced drawings to Tina at Banarta.
