COMPARE YOUR STARTING POINT
Published options cover 16, 20 and 25 mm pipe. Confirm staple dimensions and pack counts.
Check the selected staple format against the proposed tool; do not assume universal compatibility.
Keep staples, tools, strips and tapes on separate order lines. Pipe diameter, staple dimensions and tool format describe different requirements.
For distributors, wholesalers and recurring bulk buyers.
The enquiry includes this product reference and your purchasing plan. Minimum order quantities, sample terms, pricing and lead time depend on the selected products and order quantities; confirm them in the offer.

SELECTION GUIDE
Source underfloor heating accessories from a China-based B2B supplier. Banarta supports bulk orders for importers, distributors and installers, with coordinated panel and accessory enquiries. Compare staples, edge strips, tapes and tools, and discuss custom packing requirements.
Send an itemized list with pipe and tool compatibility, sizes, order units and quantities. Our Nanjing-based team can discuss accessories alongside your heating panel order. Include custom packing, labelling or branding requirements for review; availability depends on the selected item and order.
For a bulk or custom quotation, send your specification, quantity and destination. Ask us to confirm the minimum order, production schedule and shipping terms for your selected items. Discuss your sourcing requirements with Banarta.
Tacker-fixed pipe: pair the pipe staples with the tacker tool, the specified pipe outside diameter and the actual insulation base. Send the staple profile or tool reference for a fit check before ordering the two separately.
Studded or routed panels: use the retention method specified for the selected panel. Do not add a generic staple pack simply because the order includes underfloor heating panels. List perimeter strips, movement-joint components and tapes only where the floor detail calls for them; confirm tape compatibility with the actual facing.
Stock-order handover: ask the quotation to identify pieces per pack, packs per carton and which tools or consumables are included. Keep the requested installed quantity and the rounded supply quantity in separate columns, with an agreed model reference for repeat orders.
| Accessory | Quantity basis / Common ordering mistake |
|---|---|
| Pipe staples | Pieces from the approved pipe-fixing layout, then bag/carton rounding Common ordering mistake: Using a universal staples-per-m² figure or confusing pipe diameter with staple length |
| Edge insulation strip | Linear metres around the boundaries detailed in the floor plan Common ordering mistake: Ordering the same number as the room floor area |
| Joint tape | Joint length, specified laps and roll length Common ordering mistake: Estimating from floor area without a panel-joint layout |
| Pipe sleeves / movement-joint components | Individual crossings and lengths on the connection detail Common ordering mistake: Assuming one general perimeter strip covers every junction |
| Tacker tool | Tools matched to the selected staple format Common ordering mistake: Buying the tool and staples independently without a fit check |
A simple 5 × 4 m rectangle has a perimeter of 18 m. That is the geometric starting length, before project-specific doorway details, columns, laps, offcuts and roll rounding. An irregular room of the same area can have a longer perimeter. Use the floor plan to count boundaries; use the full floor section to select strip height.
For tape, an illustrative approved requirement of 62 m and hypothetical 25 m rolls gives 3 rolls, or 75 m supplied. The remaining 13 m comes from roll rounding, not an instruction to add 13 m of installation laps. Confirm the actual roll size in the quotation.
Compare staples, rails and studded pipe retention before assembling an accessory list. View the tacker tool and expansion-joint strip only where the chosen system calls for them.
Select accessories for the actual floor assembly and fixing method. Check dimensions, material compatibility and the installation instructions before combining components; not every accessory is required for every heating system.
Browse pipe-fixing staples, EPE edge insulation strips and aluminum foil tape. Send your panel type, pipe layout and accessory quantities through our contact page to discuss coordinated supply.
Send an itemized list with each accessory, dimensions, quantities, packaging needs and destination. Include the heating panel and pipe specifications so the proposed components can be checked together. Prices, minimum quantities and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the selected items.
For a new floor-heating order, compare our XPS heating panels and EPS heating panels. Accessories should follow the chosen assembly, rather than being added as a universal kit.
Before confirming quantities, use our underfloor heating materials and bulk-order checklist to separate panel coverage, accessory quantities and pack rounding. Keep staples, tape and perimeter strips as individual order lines with their own dimensions and packing units.
Send your accessory list for a quotation.
Download the bulk enquiry worksheet (Excel .xlsx) to keep staples, tape, strips and tools on separate order lines. State the unit and pack contents for each item, then email your schedule to Tina at Banarta.
