Uncoated XPS board: choose dimensions, grade and surface finish.
CHINA-BASED B2B SUPPLIER
Banarta supplies extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation boards from China for importers, distributors and fabricators. Compare standard uncoated boards, custom OEM / ODM specifications and machined cores below. Select the board dimensions, grade and surface finish for your complete assembly before requesting a bulk quotation.
COMPARE YOUR STARTING POINT
Uncoated XPS board: choose dimensions, grade and surface finish.
Compare the cement-coated board and the required fixing and sealing system.
A plain insulation board, a coated tile backing and a routed heating panel are different constructions. Start with the assembly before selecting a thickness or strength.
For distributors, wholesalers and recurring bulk buyers.
The enquiry includes this product reference and your purchasing plan. Minimum order quantities, sample terms, pricing and lead time depend on the selected products and order quantities; confirm them in the offer.

Work with our Nanjing-based team to specify boards for wholesale, project or repeat orders. List quantities by thickness and grade; for custom work, include drawings, edge details and tolerances. We coordinate requirements with manufacturing partners and support sample enquiries before order confirmation.
For a bulk or custom quotation, send your specification, quantity and destination. Ask us to confirm the minimum order, production schedule and shipping terms for your selected items. Discuss your sourcing requirements with Banarta.
Specify what the board must do in the floor. A flat XPS insulation layer beneath a designed heating assembly, a cement-coated tile substrate and a grooved water-pipe panel are different purchase specifications.
For a trade quotation, identify the chosen route and list quantities by configuration. This keeps insulation-only pricing separate from routed or coated boards.
| Your requirement | Start with / Decision that matters |
|---|---|
| Cut parts or laminated cores | Standard XPS board range Decision that matters: Finished dimensions, surface finish and the facing/bonding process. Confirm the proposed board and sample before treating it as a finished composite. |
| An insulation layer constrained by construction height | Compare the published standard board range Decision that matters: Match the required thickness to the complete build-up and selected grade. A thickness outside the linked product range needs separate written confirmation. |
| A specified compression requirement | Specify a standard XPS board configuration Decision that matters: Request the exact grade, test conditions and long-term load data. Do not transfer a strength value between thicknesses or treat a range as one supplied grade. |
| Slots or fabricated core shapes | Slotted XPS core Decision that matters: Part drawing, slot position/depth and tolerances before pricing by area. |
For an illustrative 100 m² single layer at 50 mm, the net foam volume is 100 × 0.050 = 5 m³. At 100 mm it becomes 10 m³. This is material volume before cutting losses and packing, not freight volume. A quotation per m³ cannot be compared directly with one per m² without the thickness.
Keep net area, cutting allowance, board count and whole-pack rounding separate. Use the board quantity and pack calculation and edge profile and usable coverage guide when preparing the order.

Choose the board for the complete assembly, not by thickness alone. A floor, wall and sandwich-panel core can need different dimensions, surface finishes and supporting documents even when the insulation thickness is the same.
| Project requirement | What to confirm before ordering |
|---|---|
| Floor insulation | Design load, long-term loading requirements, moisture exposure, supporting layers and the finished floor build-up. |
| Wall or roof insulation | Required thermal performance, fixing method, edge details and the fire requirements for the complete assembly. |
| Composite panel core | Core thickness, panel dimensions, surface preparation, facing material and the bonding process. |
| Cut or routed parts | A dimensioned drawing, tolerances, groove or edge profile, quantity and packing requirements. |
No. A request for 150 mm XPS insulation still needs a thermal target, available construction depth and a suitable grade. Thickness does not establish compressive strength or fire classification. Confirm the selected product data rather than transferring a value from another board.
Ask for the selected grade’s datasheet and the test documentation relevant to your project. Identify the test standard and the exact product covered. Compare the declared value and test conditions using the XPS thermal conductivity and R-value guide; thickness and thermal performance must be checked together. For floors, use the guide to loads, support and moisture to prepare the design questions.
Send the application, board dimensions, thickness, required grade or performance, quantity and delivery destination. Include drawings for custom edges or machining, and state which documents you need. The XPS board quotation checklist helps keep competing offers comparable.
