PEF Expansion Joint Strip
This polyethylene expansion joint strip is used within the specified joint detail of an underfloor heating floor assembly. It provides a compressible separation at planned joints to accommodate movement in the surrounding construction.

Joint-Strip Orders from the Project Drawing
The published PEF strip measures 2000 × 50 × 15 mm. Mark the required joint locations and total joint length on the purchase schedule, then state piece quantities, any required cut lengths and packing requirements. Confirm how the strip dimensions correspond to the designed joint section and ask for the supplied grade’s movement data; strip thickness is not a declared movement capacity.
Request a PEF joint-strip quotation with the joint drawing, quantities and delivery destination. Keep any required pipe-crossing protection or additional joint components separate for review against the floor-system design.

Match the strip dimensions to the designed joint width and floor build-up. Joint locations, continuity and installation details should follow the project specification; the strip alone does not guarantee a crack-free floor.
