This insulation sleeve combines an XPE foam body with an aluminum foil outer layer for pipe insulation. Select the sleeve by the pipe outside diameter and the space available around the pipe.

Pipe-Sleeve Orders by Diameter and Length
Send the actual outside diameter of the pipe together with the required sleeve internal diameter. A nominal pipe size alone may not identify the fit. Keep the four listed sleeve diameters as separate order lines, and confirm the 6 mm wall thickness and the actual supplied piece length before calculating piece quantities.
For distributor or project purchases, include the total length needed for each size, any cut-length requirements, packing preference and delivery destination. Request a sample fit and current product data covering the intended service conditions, thermal-property units and test conditions.
Request an XPE pipe-sleeve quotation. Use the underfloor heating purchase checklist for combined materials orders. If the layout includes PEF expansion joint strips, specify any pipe-crossing protection separately; an insulation sleeve is not automatically approved for that movement detail.
