China offers a broad sourcing base for XPS heating panels, aluminium facings and routed board formats. For heating-system suppliers and distributors, that means more options for a coordinated product range. Banarta brings panel selection and custom requirements into one enquiry; this guide helps you define the facing, pipe fit and layout before comparing bulk quotations.
Build an OEM heating-panel range with a China supplier
Organize the range by pipe outside diameter, groove pattern, total panel thickness and facing construction. Aluminium sheet, aluminium foil and separate spreader plates are different order specifications. Keep those distinctions in the buyer SKU and in each quotation line.
Use one layout revision to list straight sections, returns and any special pieces. Ask the supplier to identify the proposed manufacturing format and how the pieces will be labelled and packed. A small installation trial using the intended pipe and floor assembly is more useful for approval than a colour or surface sample alone.
For repeat orders, keep the approved groove drawing and pipe reference linked to the panel SKU. Share forecast quantities by model and a target delivery window, then agree sample approval, production and dispatch milestones. This turns China’s range of material and processing options into a purchasing plan your receiving and installation teams can follow.
Compare the XPS underfloor heating panel range and use the panel layout and quantities guide when preparing the order schedule.
Download the bulk enquiry worksheet
Download the bulk enquiry worksheet (Excel .xlsx). Use one order line per panel configuration. Record the facing, total thickness and pipe outside diameter, then attach the groove layout and its revision.
Complete the Enquiry and Order items tabs, then email the workbook and supporting files to Tina at Banarta. Available configurations, minimum quantities, price and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation.
If your enquiry says “aluminium foil XPS underfloor heating panels”, specify whether you require a thin laminated foil, a formed aluminium sheet, or a separate heat-spreading plate. These descriptions should not be substituted silently in a quotation.

Foil, sheet or separate plate?
| Construction to identify | What the buyer should confirm |
|---|---|
| Laminated foil facing | Nominal metal thickness, coverage, bond to the foam, treatment around grooves and the supplied installation instructions. |
| Formed aluminium sheet facing | Sheet thickness and profile, groove contact, panel-to-panel arrangement and edge condition. |
| Separate heat-spreading plate | Exact plate and insulation combination, pipe fit, support arrangement and which components the quotation includes. |
Do not rank the complete heating system by metal thickness alone. Heat output also depends on pipe spacing, water temperatures, contact, overlying layers and the design conditions. Request relevant system data where the project needs an output calculation; a foam-board conductivity figure is not a heating-output result.
Start from an identified Banarta panel
The Aluminum-Faced XPS Underfloor Heating Panel is described as a grooved XPS board with an aluminium sheet surface. Its published size is 1200 × 600 mm, with 25–50 mm thickness options. For a 1500 × 600 mm format, compare the XPS Hydronic Floor Heating Board, which also lists 25–50 mm thickness options. These are starting references for a quotation, not proof that all facing thicknesses, routing patterns or pipe sizes are available together.
Identify the product link in the enquiry and request written confirmation of the facing type. If you require foil specifically, include the required construction and ask Banarta to confirm a match instead of treating the word “aluminium” as sufficient.
Approve pipe fit and the routing drawing
Send the pipe outside diameter, its dimensional tolerance and the required centre spacing. Include straight runs, returns and approach routes to the manifold. A sample should use the actual pipe planned for the order; a nominal pipe size alone does not describe retention or contact.
- Match the sample to a dated routing drawing and panel reference.
- Check whether the pipe can be inserted without damaging the facing or foam.
- Inspect groove consistency, facing contact and exposed edges.
- Identify return pieces and unheated infill separately.
- Agree the inspection method and acceptable variation before production approval.
Quote the full floor build-up
State the substrate, its support conditions, available finished height and proposed covering. Tiles, timber, resilient flooring and carpet can need different intermediate layers. Neither the silver facing nor the XPS core establishes that a floor finish can be installed directly. Confirm the required load-distribution, bonding and covering layers for the exact system.
Keep the component boundary clear: a panel offer may exclude pipe, manifold, controls, adhesive and overlay boards. Compare the XPS and EPS panel selection guide if the floor construction has not yet been chosen.
A quotation brief for repeat supply
| RFQ line | Buyer information |
|---|---|
| Panel and facing | Product link; foil or sheet; metal thickness to confirm; finished panel dimensions. |
| Pipe layout | Pipe outside diameter; spacing; drawing revision; straight and return quantities. |
| Floor assembly | Substrate, finish, floor-height limit and the responsible system specification. |
| Quantity basis | Pieces by configuration; net area; separately identified cutting allowance. |
| Distribution | Pack count, protected edges, pallet dimensions, label language and destination. |
| Commercial scope | Minimum order, sample cost, processing cost, delivery basis and lead time to be quoted. |
A 1200 × 600 mm rectangle has a gross area of 0.72 m². Divide a quoted price per board by 0.72 to obtain its gross-area price; do not use that figure as guaranteed installed coverage. Cuts, route layout and unusable areas must be handled in the quantity schedule. Compare offers only after the facing, routing and included items match.
Before releasing the bulk order
Retain the approved sample and drawing together. Ask the quotation to identify substitutions, packaging assumptions and document limitations. Confirm the order-specific delivery timing in writing; neither a website range nor a sample approval reserves production or shipping capacity.
Use the underfloor heating materials order checklist to coordinate the remaining components, then send Banarta the panel schedule and delivery requirements.
