OEM Supply of XPS Insulation Panels
XPS insulation panels are rigid, closed-cell extruded polystyrene boards. OEM supply can be discussed for specified dimensions, surface finishes and further processing requirements.
Provide the intended application along with the panel specification. Cutting, groove processing and lamination with facing materials should be reviewed using a drawing and the requirements of the complete assembly.

The table lists a range of options rather than a single panel grade. Confirm the current datasheet, test conditions, fire-classification standard and service-temperature limits for the supplied configuration.
Define Your OEM Requirements
- Board format: length, width, thickness and dimensional tolerances.
- Surface and processing: skinned, unskinned or grooved finish, with drawings for any cut shapes or facing requirements.
- Application: the intended insulation or composite assembly and its required performance documentation.
- Supply: quantity, packaging, branding requirements and delivery destination.
Confirm which requirements are included in the proposed supply before placing an order. A foam-board grade alone does not establish the structural, waterproofing or fire performance of the finished assembly.
Application Review
Floor, wall, roof, refrigerated-panel and other specialized applications require confirmation of the selected material and assembly details. Include the supporting materials, operating conditions and any facing or bonding process in your specification.
Approve the OEM specification before bulk supply
- Freeze the enquiry drawing: identify the part number, revision, finished dimensions, tolerances and surface on each side. State whether you require bare core boards, machined parts or a faced panel.
- Review a production sample: agree dimensional and surface checks, the required material documents and any bonding or fabrication trial in your own process. Confirm which requirements the sample represents.
- Confirm the order: record the approved drawing and sample reference, quantities by part, packing and labels, destination and the change-approval procedure for repeat supply. Confirm minimum quantity and delivery timing in the quotation.
For lamination enquiries, mark the XPS core thickness separately from the overall finished-panel thickness. Identify the material, thickness and finish of each facing, label the two faces, and state whether the specified tolerances apply to the core or the finished assembly. Use the custom panel drawing checklist to prepare the section drawing and part schedule.
Specify the intended adhesive system and process conditions for review, and confirm whether the quotation covers core supply, machining or a complete faced panel. Approval of an XPS core alone does not establish the bond or finished-panel performance. For uncoated boards without a custom machining or facing requirement, compare the standard XPS insulation board and specify the required grade and dimensions.
