XPS Insulation Board with Grooves and Aluminum Facing
This radiant floor heating board uses a grooved XPS base and an aluminum sheet facing for water-based heating pipe layouts. The panel dimensions, groove pattern and facing requirements should be specified together.
The published size is 1500 × 600 mm, with a thickness range of 25–50 mm. Confirm the pipe outside diameter and routing drawing when requesting a custom configuration.

Installation Requirements
Check the complete floor assembly before selecting the panel. Timber and tile finishes may require preparation, supporting layers or specific bonding materials; the board alone is not evidence that these can be omitted.
- Confirm substrate flatness and support.
- Match groove dimensions and spacing to the heating circuit.
- Specify the required covering and load-distribution layers.
- Calculate the finished height using all layers of the floor.
