Grooved XPS Panel with an Aluminum Sheet Facing
This floor heating panel combines a grooved XPS insulation board with an aluminum sheet facing for hydronic underfloor heating. The pipe path and groove size can be specified for the planned heating circuit.
The published standard panel size is 1200 × 600 mm, with thickness options from 25 to 50 mm. The table lists 16 mm pipe compatibility and custom-size options; confirm the groove configuration and aluminum thickness for the product supplied.

Request the current datasheet and applicable test reports for the selected configuration. Confirm service-temperature limits and the relevant fire-classification standard before specifying the panel.
Coordinate the Complete Floor Assembly
The panel is intended for a water-based floor heating layout, but the suitability of the finished floor depends on the full assembly. Do not assume that timber flooring or tiles can be installed directly over every configuration without additional support, preparation or covering layers.
- Check the pipe outside diameter, circuit spacing and routing drawing.
- Confirm substrate flatness and support requirements with the selected system instructions.
- Specify the final floor finish and any required load-distribution or bonding layers.
- Allow for the panel and all other layers when calculating finished floor height.

Provide the required panel size, thickness, pipe specification and layout drawing. Include the aluminum facing requirement, quantity and delivery destination so that the proposed configuration can be reviewed.
