XPS Insulation Board with Grooves and Aluminum Facing
This radiant floor heating board uses a grooved XPS base and an aluminum sheet facing for water-based heating pipe layouts. The panel dimensions, groove pattern and facing requirements should be specified together.
The published size is 1500 × 600 mm, with a thickness range of 25–50 mm. Confirm the pipe outside diameter and routing drawing when requesting a custom configuration.

Installation Requirements
Check the complete floor assembly before selecting the panel. Timber and tile finishes may require preparation, supporting layers or specific bonding materials; the board alone is not evidence that these can be omitted.
- Confirm substrate flatness and support.
- Match groove dimensions and spacing to the heating circuit.
- Specify the required covering and load-distribution layers.
- Calculate the finished height using all layers of the floor.
Use the instructions for the actual heating system and flooring materials supplied. Performance depends on the complete design and operating conditions.
Prepare a Project Board Schedule
For the published 1500 × 600 mm format, break down board quantities by room or delivery phase, panel thickness and groove drawing. Identify required cut pieces and keep them separate from full boards. Confirm whether the quotation covers panels only or any requested additional materials, then agree packing labels and delivery destination.
