Aluminum Facing over a Grooved XPS Core
This radiant panel combines grooved XPS insulation board with an aluminum sheet facing for a hydronic underfloor heating layout. Specify the panel and pipe configuration together with the intended floor assembly.
The published standard size is 1500 × 600 mm, with panel thickness options from 25 to 50 mm. Aluminum thickness, pipe paths and custom pipe-size requirements can be reviewed against a project drawing.

The aluminum-faced panel is a component of the heating floor. It does not establish that tiles or timber can be installed directly without preparation, support or additional layers.
- Confirm pipe outside diameter and circuit spacing against the grooves.
- Check substrate preparation and the required support or load-distribution layers.
- Specify the final floor finish and compatible bonding or covering materials.
- Include every layer when calculating finished-floor height.
