When requesting a PVC or UPVC facing, specify the exact skin material, thickness and finish. Confirm the available construction before ordering; the terms should not replace a material specification.

Define the wall or door panel

• Dimensions: overall panel thickness, length, width, tolerances and cut-outs.
• Facing: PVC specification, skin thickness, colour and surface finish.
• Assembly details: frame or support arrangement, edges, joints and fixing requirements.
• Service conditions: indoor or other intended use, moisture exposure and cleaning requirements.
• Order details: drawings, quantity, packaging and delivery destination.

Fire, acoustic, weathering and moisture requirements should be stated in the project specification. Do not assume that the panel alone provides a certified door system or a complete waterproof assembly.
