Specify the core, facing and finished panel
XPS foam composite panels combine an extruded polystyrene core with selected facing materials. Discuss HPL, PVC, FRP, ACP, SPC, plywood or aluminum sheet facings for your insulated-panel project.
A quotation should define the complete construction, not just the core thickness. Provide the facing specification, overall dimensions and fabrication details so the proposed panel can be checked against your drawings.

Prepare your panel specification
- Core: required thickness, grade and any project performance criteria.
- Facings: material, thickness, finish and requirements for each side.
- Fabrication: panel dimensions, tolerances, cut-outs and edge details.
- Assembly: supports, fixings, joints, seals and intended exposure conditions.
- Supply: quantities, packaging and delivery destination.
Application review
Vehicle-body, partition, cold-room and wall or roof enquiries require different construction details. Send the relevant drawings and fire, thermal, mechanical or moisture requirements for review. Core properties alone do not confirm the suitability of a complete panel system.
