XPS core sandwich panels for wall projects
Discuss XPS foam wall panels with selected facing materials for partition, wall-lining and custom insulated-panel assemblies. OEM and ODM enquiries can specify the panel dimensions, surface finish and fabrication requirements.
Choose the facing for the intended environment and confirm the complete wall construction. The panel, support structure, joints, edges and fixings all need to be defined in the project specification.

Wall-panel details to specify
- Surface: facing material, thickness, colour, finish and requirements for both sides.
- Panel layout: dimensions, quantities, tolerances and cut-outs around openings.
- Installation: supporting structure, joint profile, edge treatment, seals and fixing method.
- Environment: intended location, moisture exposure, temperature and cleaning requirements.
- Performance: applicable fire, thermal, acoustic or mechanical requirements and supporting reports.
For cold-room or wet-area wall enquiries, confirm the surface compatibility and complete sealing details before selection. Do not assume that any facing option alone provides a waterproof, fire-rated or load-bearing wall system.
Order by wall layout and panel reference
Group the board schedule by wall type and mark each panel reference, opening and cut edge on the current drawing. Identify the exposed face and any directional finish. Confirm whether the quote covers full panels or cut parts, and ask for packing labels to match the installation zones.
