Specify an XPS foam core with PVC, FRP, aluminum, ACP, SPC, HPL or plywood facings for your panel project. Banarta supplies this range for fabricators, distributors and project buyers discussing dimensions, surfaces and assembly requirements.

Choose the facing and construction

  • PVC: discuss the skin specification and finish for wall, door or partition enquiries.
  • FRP: specify surface finish and service conditions for vehicle-body or insulated-panel fabrication.
  • Aluminum: define sheet thickness, finish and assembly details where a metal facing is required.
  • ACP, SPC, HPL or plywood: provide the project surface specification and fabrication requirements.

Confirm the facing on each side, core grade and overall panel thickness together. A facing material name alone does not establish fire, acoustic, weathering or structural performance.

  • Drawings showing supports, joints, edge treatment, fixings and cut-outs.
  • Required fire, thermal, mechanical or moisture performance documentation.
  • Packaging requirements and delivery destination.

For cold-room, bathroom, partition or other insulated assemblies, confirm joint sealing and installation details for the complete system. Do not assume that every facing combination is suitable for every application.
