XPS core panels with a choice of facings
Rigid foam sandwich panels combine an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core with selected facing materials. Discuss HPL, PVC, FRP, ACP, SPC, plywood or aluminum sheet options for your panel fabrication or building project.

The compressive-strength range refers to the XPS core, not a finished wall or roof load rating. Request the current datasheet and applicable test documentation for the selected core and facing combination.
Plan the panel construction
- Vehicle-body and refrigerated-panel projects: specify the facing, joint details, service conditions and fabrication requirements.
- Partitions and interior panels: confirm surface finish, fixing details and the fire or acoustic requirements of the complete assembly.
- Cold-room and wet-area enquiries: confirm moisture exposure, edge sealing, joints and cleaning requirements for the proposed panel.
- Wall and roof enquiries: provide span, support and load requirements for assessment before selecting a configuration.
Information for a quotation
Send the panel dimensions, quantity, facing material and thickness, core requirements, drawings and delivery destination. Include any required fire, thermal or mechanical performance documentation so the proposed configuration can be checked against your specification.
For a repeat bulk order, identify faces A and B and record each facing thickness and finish separately from the core and overall panel thickness. Agree a reference sample, dimensional tolerances and any bond or fabrication checks required for the proposed construction. Confirm how cut edges and visible faces will be protected in the quoted packing.
