PVC Faced XPS Foam Sandwich Panel for Wall and Door

PVC-faced XPS foam sandwich panels for wall, door and partition procurement. Send your panel drawing, PVC skin specification and quantities for a quotation. Confirm the exact construction and available dimensions for your order.

Discuss your panel specification with Banarta: core and facing, finished dimensions, processing details and samples for your application.

CONFIGURATION QUICK CHECK

Build your PVC-faced panel specification

Construction
PVC facing with an XPS core. Specify PVC/UPVC material and thickness for each skin.
Frame fit
State finished thickness and tolerance, including both skins and bonding layers; core thickness alone is insufficient.
Custom supply
Send cut sizes, edge details and openings. Confirm the selected construction and sample against the same drawing revision.

SPECIFICATION TO PRODUCTION

Core and faces
Specify PVC on faces A and B, including skin thickness, colour and finish, together with the XPS core and finished panel dimensions.
Cut sizes and sample
Send the cut-size schedule, edge or opening details and a drawing revision. Discuss a representative sample before confirming the panel construction and packing.
Sample, packing and delivery details

Request protective film, face orientation, edge/corner protection, pieces per pack, pallet dimensions and gross weight for each cut-size group.

Share the information you have; mark undecided details for review. Sample terms, minimum quantities, pricing and lead time are confirmed for the selected configuration in the offer.

PVC-faced panels for wall and door projects

This sandwich panel combines an XPS foam core with a PVC facing for wall, door, partition and custom composite-panel enquiries. Choose the panel dimensions and facing finish to suit the intended assembly.

When requesting a PVC or UPVC facing, specify the exact skin material, thickness and finish. Confirm the available construction before ordering; the terms should not replace a material specification.

Published panel range

The table below covers the broader XPS sandwich-panel range, including alternative facings. Request the current datasheet for your selected PVC-faced configuration.

The compressive-strength values describe the XPS core, not a finished door, partition or wall-system rating. Confirm application-specific performance and any required test documentation for the complete construction.

Will the panel fit your frame?

Specify the finished panel thickness, not only the XPS core. Finished thickness includes both skins and the bonding layers. For example, a 20 mm core with a 1 mm skin on each side is already 22 mm before adhesive. This is a calculation example, not an offered panel specification.

For a door or partition frame, mark the required overall thickness and tolerance on the drawing. Then identify face A and face B separately: PVC material, skin thickness, colour and finish. This avoids comparing a core-only quotation with a complete panel quotation.

How many panels should you order?

Count the finished cut pieces from your drawing, including openings, grain or finish direction and permitted joints. Sheet area alone does not show cutting waste. Use the cut-to-size layout and yield guide to prepare a piece schedule before requesting a price.

Fire, acoustic, weathering and moisture requirements apply to the specified construction; the panel alone does not establish a certified door system or complete waterproof assembly.

Request PVC-faced panels for trade supply

Banarta welcomes enquiries from panel distributors, door and partition fabricators, and project buyers. For comparable quotations, define the finished panel rather than requesting only an XPS core thickness.

  • Skin specification: identify the PVC material, thickness and finish on each face; state whether the two faces differ.
  • Panel drawing: show overall thickness, cut sizes, edge details, openings and dimensional tolerances.
  • Quantity schedule: list pieces or square metres by panel size and skin finish.
  • Order requirements: delivery destination, target date, packing, protective film or labelling preferences.
  • Acceptance criteria: state the test documentation and sample checks required for your application.

Confirm the available PVC-faced construction, sample arrangements, minimum order quantity and lead time in the quotation. The broader range table above is a sourcing reference; it does not confirm every combination for this PVC panel.

For door and partition orders, use the PVC-faced XPS panel quotation checklist to check facing details, frame fit, cut sizes and packing before requesting a quote.

Request a PVC-faced XPS sandwich panel quotation with your drawings and order schedule. See the XPS core sandwich panel range when comparing facing materials.
