Double-Sided Aluminum Foil Facing on an XPS Core
This insulation panel combines an extruded polystyrene foam core with aluminum foil facing on both sides. Specify the core dimensions and foil thickness together to match the proposed insulation or composite assembly.
The published options include lengths from 2000 to 4000 mm, widths of 1200 or 1220 mm and several board thicknesses. Custom requirements can be reviewed with a drawing and project specification.

Check the Complete Assembly
Discuss the intended wall, roof or composite-panel application, including facing orientation, joints and supporting materials. A foil surface alone does not establish the thermal performance or waterproofing of an entire assembly.
- Confirm panel size, thickness and the required foil specification.
- Check the fixing method, edge details and compatibility with adjacent materials.
- Specify required fire, moisture and thermal documentation for the intended use.
- For air-duct or other specialized applications, confirm suitability against the applicable project requirements before selection.
Quotation Details
Provide dimensions, facing requirements, quantity, cutting or fabrication details and delivery destination. Confirm packaging and any branding requirements with the quotation.
Define the foil-faced supply package
The published aluminum foil range is 0.02–0.08 mm. Confirm the selected foil thickness on each face in the quotation, together with the board thickness and any surface or protective-layer requirements. These are order options, not confirmation that every combination is stocked.
- Sample approval: agree the supplied facing, surface condition and required adhesion checks before approving bulk supply.
- Fabrication: identify cut sizes, edge treatments and the drawing revision, and state whether the enquiry covers full boards or prepared parts.
- Packing: confirm pieces per pack, surface and edge protection, labels and destination requirements.
For an aluminum sheet face, compare the aluminum-skin XPS composite panel and specify its sheet thickness separately. For a duct enquiry, review the XPS air-duct panel requirements; a foil-faced board name alone does not confirm approval for a complete duct system.
