XPS Core Sandwich Panels

Aluminum Skin XPS Foam Composite Panel

Aluminum-sheet-faced composite panels with an XPS foam core. Specify the skin thickness, finish, panel dimensions and assembly requirements for your project.

Aluminum-faced XPS composite panels

This composite-panel option combines an XPS foam core with aluminum sheet facing for project-specific wall, roof and partition enquiries. Specify the aluminum skin thickness, finish and panel dimensions to define the construction you need.

Confirm the actual facing specification rather than treating aluminum sheet panels, foil-faced insulation boards and grooved heating panels as interchangeable products.

Published sandwich-panel range

The table below lists the original range options, including alternative facing materials. Request a current datasheet for the proposed aluminum-faced configuration; aluminum skin thickness is not specified in this table.

The listed compressive strength is for the XPS core. It is not a finished wall or roof load rating, and does not confirm fire, weathering or waterproofing performance for the assembled system.

Define your panel requirements

  • Metal facing: sheet specification, thickness and finish on each side.
  • Panel dimensions: overall thickness, length, width, tolerances and cut-outs.
  • Assembly: spans, supports, joints, edges, seals and fixing details.
  • Service conditions: intended location, moisture or weather exposure and cleaning requirements.
  • Supply: drawings, quantity, required test documentation, packaging and delivery destination.

For wall or roof use, confirm suitability and installation requirements for the complete construction before ordering. This panel is not automatically a tile-backer or a complete waterproofing system.
