Aluminum-Faced XPS Board for Hydronic Heating
This grooved XPS board has an aluminum sheet facing and a published standard size of 1500 × 600 mm. It is intended for water-based underfloor heating pipe layouts, with panel thickness and groove configuration selected for the project.
The listed thickness range is 25–50 mm. Pipe paths, pipe sizes and aluminum thickness can be reviewed against your layout drawing. Confirm the supplied configuration before ordering.

Request the current datasheet and applicable test reports for the selected board. Confirm the service-temperature range and fire-classification standard rather than treating the listed options as one universal grade.
Coordinate the Heating Floor Build-Up
Specify the substrate, pipe circuit, covering layers and finished flooring together. This grooved heating board is not automatically a ready-to-tile waterproof substrate: direct installation of tiles or timber requires confirmation of the complete supporting and bonding assembly.
- Check the pipe outside diameter and routing pattern against the grooves.
- Confirm substrate flatness, support and any load-distribution layer.
- Include the panel, adhesive and finish layers when checking available floor height.
- Follow the installation instructions for the selected floor system.
