Aluminum-Faced Grooved XPS Heating Board
This hydronic underfloor heating board combines a grooved XPS insulation base with an aluminum sheet facing. The panel provides a defined path for heating pipes within the specified floor assembly.
The published standard size is 1200 × 600 mm, with thickness options from 25 to 50 mm. Pipe routes and facing thickness can be reviewed against project requirements. Confirm the selected configuration and pipe outside diameter before ordering.

Coordinate the Installation
Provide the circuit layout and final flooring type together. The board is part of a complete heating floor, not a guarantee that timber or tiles can be laid directly without preparation or additional layers.
- Check substrate flatness and support requirements.
- Confirm groove size and pipe spacing against the heating design.
- Specify any covering, bonding or load-distribution layers required by the flooring system.
- Calculate finished floor height using every layer, not panel thickness alone.
