XPS Core Sandwich Panels

Aluminum Foil Faced XPS Air Duct Panel

Aluminum foil faced XPS panel for air-duct project inquiries. Specify board size, core thickness and foil requirements, and confirm suitability and required documentation for the complete HVAC duct assembly.

XPS Core Panel with Aluminum Foil Faces

This panel combines an extruded polystyrene foam core with aluminum foil facing on both sides. It is offered for air-duct panel inquiries, subject to confirmation of the complete duct-system requirements and the suitability of the supplied configuration.

The published range includes lengths of 2000–4000 mm, widths of 1200 or 1220 mm, and multiple core thicknesses. Specify the required board dimensions and foil thickness together.

Request the current product datasheet before specification. One legacy entry has an unresolved property label and unit; its meaning must be confirmed from product documentation. Clarify the service-temperature limits and test conditions for the exact supplied panel.

Confirm Air-Duct Suitability

Do not infer approval for an HVAC installation from the panel name or the presence of foil facing. Review the intended system with the project designer and request the required material and assembly documentation.

  • State the operating conditions and intended installation location.
  • Confirm the required fire and smoke documentation for the project.
  • Review panel joints, connections, support and fabrication requirements as a complete duct assembly.
  • Confirm any cleaning, moisture or service-access requirements for the selected system.

The insulation board alone does not establish the performance or compliance of a completed duct. Use the instructions and supporting documents applicable to the selected assembly.

Quotation Information

Provide panel dimensions, core thickness, foil specification, quantity and delivery destination. Include fabrication drawings and documentation requirements so that the proposed configuration can be reviewed.
