Grooved XPS Panel with Aluminum Facing
The XPS aluminum radiant panel combines a grooved insulation board with an aluminum sheet surface for hydronic underfloor heating. Match the groove pattern to the pipe circuit and specify the facing configuration with the board.
The published panel size is 1200 × 600 mm, with a 25–50 mm thickness range. Pipe sizes and custom routing requirements can be reviewed against your project drawing.

Confirm the current datasheet, service-temperature range and relevant fire-classification standard for the selected grade. Request test documentation for the performance requirements of your project.
Floor Assembly Checks
Check the substrate and final floor finish before deciding on the panel configuration. Direct installation of timber or tiles is not a universal feature of a grooved XPS panel; required support, preparation and covering layers depend on the selected floor system.
- Match pipe diameter and circuit spacing to the grooves.
- Confirm substrate flatness and support requirements.
- Specify any bonding or load-distribution layers required by the finish.
- Calculate finished height from the complete assembly.
Project Inquiry
