BWE-20 and BWE-20A Double-Layer Panels
This EPS floor heating panel series combines a shaped plastic upper layer with an expanded polystyrene insulation base. The studded surface provides a layout for hydronic heating pipes.
BWE-20 and BWE-20A share a published overall size of 1350 × 820 mm but have different panel heights and insulation layers. Specify the model suffix when requesting a quotation or checking pipe compatibility.
Compare the Two Configurations
- BWE-20: listed with a 43 mm total thickness and a 20 mm insulation layer.
- BWE-20A: listed with a 33 mm total thickness and a 10 mm insulation layer.
The published pipe-diameter entries also differ between the two models. Confirm the current configuration against your pipe outside diameter and circuit spacing rather than applying one pipe size to the entire series.

Keep the two model codes separate on quotations and packing lists. The published configurations pair BWE-20 with 43 mm total height and a 20 mm insulation layer, and BWE-20A with 33 mm and 10 mm. Their listed pipe entries are 20 mm and 10 mm respectively; confirm the supplied configuration with a pipe-fit sample.
Provide the required area and board count for each model, plus the drawing revision, pieces per pack, pallet requirements and delivery destination. Ask for usable coverage after edge connections and the current model-specific technical data.
