BSA-16 Studded EPS Heating Panel
The BSA-16 panel combines an expanded polystyrene insulation base with a HIPS surface film. Its mushroom-shaped studs provide a layout for hydronic heating pipes, and four-sided interlocking edges connect neighboring panels.
The published panel size is 1370 × 820 mm, with a total thickness of 40 mm and a 20 mm insulation layer. Use both thickness measurements when planning the floor assembly: the insulation layer is not the full height of the studded panel.

Confirm current dimensions, pipe compatibility and test documentation for the supplied configuration before specifying this panel. The model name alone should not be used to select a pipe diameter.
Ordering and Layout Checks
- Provide the heating pipe outside diameter and planned circuit spacing so that the stud layout can be checked.
- Check usable coverage and edge connections when calculating the quantity for each room.
- Confirm the substrate, covering layer and finished floor height with your system designer or installer.
- Request the applicable product datasheet when assessing thermal and load requirements.
For a quotation, include the BSA-16 model reference, required area, pipe specification and delivery destination. Confirm the floor assembly rather than relying on the panel alone to determine finished-floor performance.
