Match the panel profile to the specified pipe size, spacing and screed build-up. Confirm the required insulation thickness, loading and floor finish before ordering. The panel and heating system should be installed to the approved project detail.

Specify BEK-16 for a trade order
Use BEK-16 when requesting this published 1370 × 720 mm format with a 36 mm total panel height and 20 mm insulation layer. List the model and dimensions together so a supplier can distinguish it from other HIPS-faced EPS panels in a mixed order.
The published standard package is 11.4 m². Ask for the usable area per panel, pieces per package, outer packing dimensions and gross weight before calculating pallet quantities or freight. The listed panel dimensions and package area should not be used to infer a piece count.
- Pipe layout: provide the pipe outside diameter and required spacing for compatibility confirmation. BEK-16 is a model reference; pipe fit is not specified by the table above.
- Order schedule: separate quantities by model and delivery batch, and state carton or pallet label requirements.
- Approval: request the current model-specific datasheet and confirm sample arrangements, minimum quantity and lead time in the quotation.
Compare the same insulation layer at different panel heights
The BEA-20 panel lists the same 1370 × 720 mm format and 20 mm insulation layer, with a 44 mm total height. The BE-25 panel lists 1330 × 750 mm and a 48 mm total height. These are dimensional comparisons, not confirmation that the pipe layouts or complete floor systems are interchangeable.
