BE-25 EPS Insulation Panel for Heating Pipe Layouts
The BE-25 is a studded expanded polystyrene panel with a HIPS surface film for hydronic underfloor heating. Its mushroom-shaped surface provides routes for heating pipes, and the four-sided interlocking edges join adjacent panels.

Selecting the Panel for Your Floor
Panel model, pipe diameter and insulation thickness are separate selection details. Provide your pipe outside diameter and circuit spacing so that compatibility with the stud geometry can be confirmed; do not infer these details from the BE-25 model reference alone.
- Check overall panel dimensions, usable coverage and edge connections when preparing the quantity schedule.
- Allow for the full panel height and the specified floor covering assembly.
- Confirm substrate preparation, perimeter detailing and installation instructions for the selected heating system.
- Include the required area, pipe specification and delivery destination when requesting a quotation.
BE-25 bulk-order and packing details
Specify BE-25 as a 1330 × 750 mm panel with 48 mm total height and 20 mm insulation. The “25” in the model reference does not establish a 25 mm pipe size, insulation layer or overall panel height. Include the model and the published dimensions in your purchase schedule.
The published standard package is 10 m². Ask whether the quoted area is based on usable coverage, and confirm pieces per package, packing dimensions, gross weight and labels before arranging freight. Keep BE-25 quantities separate from differently sized panels in a distributor or project order.
For a dimensional comparison, BEK-16 and BEA-20 both list 1370 × 720 mm overall size and a 20 mm insulation layer, with total heights of 36 mm and 44 mm respectively. These figures do not confirm interchangeable pipe fit, panel connections or floor-system approval.
