Graphite EPS panels for heating system suppliers
The BSM-16 series uses graphite expanded polystyrene for hydronic underfloor heating. These studded boards have a published 600 × 600 mm format and interlocking edges. Compare the three configurations when preparing a distributor order or project quotation.
Choose the complete panel height
- BSM-16: 33 mm total height with a 15 mm insulation layer.
- BSM-16A: 35 mm total height with a 17 mm insulation layer.
- BSM-16B: 38 mm total height with a 20 mm insulation layer.
The insulation layer is only part of the panel height. Allow for the full profile and the specified covering assembly when calculating finished-floor levels. Keep each model separate in the purchase schedule.
Pipe fit must be confirmed: the published table below lists 10 mm pipe entries for this series. The BSM-16 model name does not confirm 16 mm compatibility. Send your pipe outside diameter and required spacing, and request the current model-specific drawing and sample fit confirmation before placing an order.

Prepare a bulk quotation
The published package area is 8.3 m² for each model. Confirm usable coverage, pieces per package, packing dimensions and gross weight for the supplied configuration before calculating freight or pallet quantities.
- List BSM-16, BSM-16A or BSM-16B with the quantity or floor area required for each model.
- Provide the pipe specification, circuit spacing and planned floor build-up for compatibility review.
- State the delivery country, destination and any batch or packing-label requirements.
- Confirm minimum order quantity, sample arrangements, lead time and required project documents in the quotation.
