Modular EPS Panels with Preset Pipe Paths

BEPS-1621 and BEPS-1631 are modular EPS floor heating panels with preset pipe paths. Both models are listed for 16 mm heating pipes and have a published panel size of 1200 × 600 mm.

These products use an expanded polystyrene base for a hydronic heating layout. Aluminum facing can be discussed as an optional configuration; specify whether an aluminum plate or film is required and confirm the supplied construction.

Choose the Panel Thickness

BEPS-1621 is the 21 mm option; BEPS-1631 is the 31 mm option. Both published models are 1200 × 600 mm and list 16 mm pipe compatibility. Choosing BEPS-1631 adds 10 mm of panel height compared with BEPS-1621; it does not change the listed pipe diameter.

If the design leaves less than 31 mm for the panel itself, the 31 mm model will not fit that allowance. Check the 21 mm option against the full floor design, including levelling, covering layers and finish. Neither panel thickness is the finished floor height.

How many panels should you request?

A 1200 × 600 mm rectangle has a gross area of 0.72 m². For an illustrative 72 m² area, dividing by that gross size gives 100 panels before routing, cuts, unusable overlaps, spares or pack rounding. This is a starting calculation, not a confirmed installed quantity. Use the circuit drawing and confirmed usable coverage to finalise the order.

Specify Your Heating Floor

Provide the pipe outside diameter, circuit spacing and layout drawing. Confirm the substrate, facing option, covering layer and final floor finish with the selected system instructions. A panel with preset pipe paths does not by itself establish that every floor finish can be installed directly over it.

For an inquiry, include BEPS-1621 or BEPS-1631, the required area, facing requirements and delivery destination. Check usable coverage and packaging when preparing the order quantity.

Prepare a BEPS Model Schedule for Trade Supply

List BEPS-1621 and BEPS-1631 separately in the purchase schedule, even though both have the same published length, width and pipe diameter. Identify the 21 mm or 31 mm panel for each area of the project; neither figure represents the height of the complete finished floor.

Quantity and coverage: give the number of panels for each model, or provide the required floor area with its circuit drawing. Ask for usable coverage and pieces per pack; overall board dimensions alone do not establish the installed coverage or packing quantity.
Optional facing: state whether the inquiry requires a faced panel. Ask the quotation to identify the proposed metal form, thickness and coverage, or explicitly state that facing is excluded.
Pipe layout: include the 16 mm pipe specification and required circuit spacing, turns and perimeter details. Confirm how the proposed panel routing matches the layout before approving quantities.
Acceptance and delivery: request the selected model’s datasheet and relevant test documents. Confirm sample arrangements, model labels, packing, minimum quantity and lead time for the destination.

Request a BEPS-1621 or BEPS-1631 trade quotation. Use the EPS panel supplier and model checklist to compare offers on the same model, facing and coverage basis.
