Modular EPS Panels with Preset Pipe Paths

BEPS-1621 and BEPS-1631 are modular EPS floor heating panels with preset pipe paths. Both models are listed for 16 mm heating pipes and have a published panel size of 1200 × 600 mm.

These products use an expanded polystyrene base for a hydronic heating layout. Aluminum facing can be discussed as an optional configuration; specify whether an aluminum plate or film is required and confirm the supplied construction.

Choose the Panel Thickness

• BEPS-1621: published thickness of 21 mm.
• BEPS-1631: published thickness of 31 mm.

Select the model against available floor height, the pipe layout and all other layers in the proposed floor assembly.

Published Specifications

Request the current product datasheet and applicable test reports for the selected configuration. Confirm the fire-classification standard, service-temperature limits and load requirements before specifying the panel.

Specify Your Heating Floor

Provide the pipe outside diameter, circuit spacing and layout drawing. Confirm the substrate, facing option, covering layer and final floor finish with the selected system instructions. A panel with preset pipe paths does not by itself establish that every floor finish can be installed directly over it.
