BE-25 EPS Insulation Panel for Heating Pipe Layouts
The BE-25 is a studded expanded polystyrene panel with a HIPS surface film for hydronic underfloor heating. Its mushroom-shaped surface provides routes for heating pipes, and the four-sided interlocking edges join adjacent panels.
This model has a published overall size of 1330 × 750 mm and a total thickness of 48 mm. The insulation layer is listed separately at 20 mm. Check these dimensions against the available floor height and the covering layer specified for your project.

Selecting the Panel for Your Floor
Panel model, pipe diameter and insulation thickness are separate selection details. Provide your pipe outside diameter and circuit spacing so that compatibility with the stud geometry can be confirmed; do not infer these details from the BE-25 model reference alone.
- Check overall panel dimensions, usable coverage and edge connections when preparing the quantity schedule.
- Allow for the full panel height and the specified floor covering assembly.
- Confirm substrate preparation, perimeter detailing and installation instructions for the selected heating system.
- Include the required area, pipe specification and delivery destination when requesting a quotation.
